• Advanced Services: In most cases, the standard Home Energy Audit is all that is needed to identify plenty of opportunities to conserve energy; however, for homeowners that are beyond the initial phases of energy conservation or want to become more independent or go “off-grid” these advanced services are available: Envelope/Shell Leak Detection; Duct Leakage Measurement; Power Usage Audit and Analysis; and Infrared Envelop/Shell Survey.
   
• Infrared Heat and Moisture Detection: Using an infrared camera, possibly a blower door and other tools, we determine the cause of many different types of heat loss, moisture, and mold problems. We then give recommendations to properly correct and provide assistance, if desired.
   
• Solar Access Survey: Using a Solar Pathfinder, we measure the amount of sun available, from one or more potential photovoltaic or collector location points. We then quantify the available sun power for different scenarios (cut tree? angle? location? etc.) to provide you with the information needed to make site and other decisions.
   
• Home-Buyer Energy Inspections: This service is similar to the Home Energy Audit, but it can be tailored to meet your specific needs, including multiple locations, tasks, reports, and fees.
